Whom of us did not use Vicks drops when he/she had cold OR sore throat?

Whom of us didnot enjoy the scent of mint out of Fattoush or on the top of his/her ice cream?

  

And if you have never ever tasted Mint chocolate, we strongly advise you to do so because you surely missed an important combination of the smooth chocolate taste accompanied with that refreshing cold sensation!!

 

Mint has been always associated with freshness and the coldness sensation.

In this project we are going to find out how a simple food material can be responsible for adding up a new tasty Freshness feeling  to the well known 4 basic old traditional tastes:  bitter, sour, salty and sweet.
